Wendler is a full-service consulting and engineering firm providing a diverse range of civil engineering, land planning, land surveying, structural engineering, and environmental services.  Founded in 1968, Wendler Engineering and Surveying Services, Inc. began our operations in Dixon, Illinois in order to serve the civil engineering and land surveying needs of local developers and surrounding municipalities.

With a commitment to excellence and a unparalleled level of dedication to our clients, the firm experienced steady growth over the proceeding 30 years and expanded our operations by opening two additional offices to serve the land development and engineering needs of municipal, commercial, public, and private clients throughout northern Illinois and northeastern Iowa. In 2000, Wendler acquired an environmental consulting firm in order to further extend our breadth of services.  An additional full-service office was established in Warrenville, Illinois in 2005 to serve the engineering and environmental needs of the Chicago metropolitan area. Along with this expansion came a name change to Wendler Engineering Services, Inc. to reflect the company’s diverse range of technical service offerings.The Wendler name has always been synonymous with quality, integrity, and professionalism.Today, with five office locations and nearly fifty employees representing a vast array of professional disciplines, our diverse range of consulting and engineering solutions allows us to provide our clients with a seamless approach to meeting all of their site development and earth engineering needs.
