Wendler is proud to announce a new office location in downtown DeKalb, Illinois. The address is 421 Grove Street, DeKalb, IL 60115.
The site was formerly used as an auto dealership service center but had been vacant for approximately 5 years and was showing the stress of severe neglect. The property was a Brownfield site which Wendler was in charge of the environmental cleanup. After substantial investment in the property, the location now is a perfect fit for our operations and has excellent expansion potential.
